"Due to a broken lock on our side door we were unable to enter. Brian and Shanna responded to my call quickly and Shanna worked diligently to remove the broken lock and replace it with a new one. She was very professional and pleasant and offered advice on installing dead bolt locks per my request. Highly recommend!"
