"I had been wanting to replace a fob key for my Mercury Sable. I had purchased it used from a dealer in Lynchburg and received 2 sets from the dealer. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that one of the keys was slightly bent, and loose around the plastic. I priced the key at the Ford dealer , but as it was rather expensive, I decided to make do with one key.
Fast forward a few months later and I again was at Ford, this time with a friend purchasing a truck. I mentioned my key dilemma to the salesperson and he recommended 7 Hills Lock and Key, telling me to call Brian.
I called Brian a couple of days later and gave him the information of my vehicle. He suggested taking a picture of my key and texting him the photo. From this he was able to place the order and gave me a date. Just a short time later he let me know it would be a day late getting here. I was so impressed with his follow up and keeping me aware of the delivery timing. Brian consistently kept me abreast of everything. He worked around my schedule, and the best thing of all, was he came to my home in a fully equipped van! He was very friendly and finished programming the key in less time then he quoted. He was so professional, accommodating and friendly. I really thought incredible customer service was a thing of the past, but Brian proved me wrong! It is for this reason that I will highly recommend 7 Hills Lock and Key to family and friends going forward. Absolutely outstanding service!"
